Ability and willingness to work towards companies business goal.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities


  1. Achieve personal sales targets by developing new business with existing and potential clients
  2. Create and implement a structured plan to achieve set targets.
  3. Develop and retain beg accounts
  4. Develop and implement sales strategies for Inbound/Outbound like-Report Mapping, Industry Mapping, and Client Mapping etc.
  5. Undertake cold calling, ensuring that the number of calls meets call targets as set by management.
  6. Actively and successfully manage the sales process: lead generation; credentials pitch; asking questions; solution pitch; negotiation and close and Sales Documents like-Trackers, Sale Sheets etc.
  7. Deliver an excellent client experience at all times, ensuring client needs are met or exceeded.
  8. Ability to work on CRM
  9. Proactively develop and improve processes to service clients.
  10. Offer assistance and explanation when difficulties arise ensure complaints are followed up and that satisfactory solutions are obtained for the customer.
  11. Develop strong and effective working relationships with the Research teams(In-House) and Publishers.
  12. Work closely within the team, sharing knowledge, discussing ideas and helping the team members to achieve Team Targets.
  13. Contributes to healthy competition within the business.
  14. Enthusiastic for sharing new Ideas and working on growth plan by organisation

Required Skills:
Good Writing Skills, fluent in English, Basic computer skills, sales oriented approach, MS Office must

Preferred Skills:
Good Communication, prior experience of 1-2 Years in same industry, 3 years of sales Experience, Experience in APAC market preferred
