Job Responsibilities:

Position Summary

Responsible for handling a team of 15-20 employees including Senior analysts, analysts, senior associates, and associates.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Developing management and supervisory skills

Develop detailed business plans to drive small or radical changes

Strong interpersonal skill, Planning and monitoring of day-to-day activities

Team management and communication

Client requirements gathering, management and communication

Proposal building, data model preparation for client

Handling P&L of sub-domains

Responsible for sales negotiation during client calls

Training and development of newly onboard resources

Conducting training sessions for new as well as existing resources

Maintaining production tracker and ensure to reach set production targets
