Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Research & Consulting Operations:
  • Leading the entire Consulting Research team. Managing consultants’ team, resource and project allocations.   
  • Successfully initiating, executing and delivering research projects involving market evaluation, competitive analysis & benchmarking, technology assessment, concept testing, customer assessment and industry/sector analysis etc.
  • Design industry metrics to be used real time by the market leaders, cutting across the entire eco-system for all the high growth market, newer applications, and cutting edge technology developments impacting main stream businesses.
  • Improvise the quality of research and consulting projects, by adding more insight, accuracy, best practices, domain knowledge and use of advanced metrics.
  • Mentor team, build efficiency and efficacy in the process, monitor and review progress on day to day basis.
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize and distill the results of complex market research and analytics, resolve complex analytical problems.
  • Taking initiatives in proactive manner to set the process and achieve productivity.
  • Manage third-party agencies fielding custom research for projects (including vendor selection, data quality control, and adherence to project deadlines).
  • Taking ownership of all the business research assignments entrusted and collaborating closely across teams to produce deliverables

 

 

  • Strategic & Revenue (P&L) Planning:
  • Work along "Strategic Growth Managers", to maximize revenues of the end customers by mapping customer's customers and acquire new customers by writing proposals/providing unique value prop.
  • Responsible for the P&L of the Respective Business Unit.
  • Working closely with the pre-sales team for preparing Corporate Presentations and Proposals, Marketing Collaterals etc.
  • Explore and drive profitable revenue through the identification and monetization of breakthrough offerings
  • Streamline partner segmentation/coverage, GTM alignment, design ROI framework, and build scalable business models.
  • Provide support to business development teams in the sale of customized projects, assisting in developing research/project methodologies for custom proposals, and reviewing draft proposals for content/scope and format.

 

  • Corporate Communication & Branding 
  • Come out strongly as Industry thought leader and promote yourself through global conferences and proactively commenting on market dynamics by networking with key industry participants globally.
  • A key role to build and establish organization brand
  • Coordinate with different stakeholder to ensure partner success and collaborate with multiple teams, including: marketing, engineering, inside and outside
  • Serve as the key interface between the client and the project team during the project.
  • Support clients in market assessment and competitive analysis and develop specific supporting content for leadership meetings and conferences, also involved in various branding initiatives like newsletters, writing blogs

 

 

  • Client Engagement
  • Focus on Customer Growths, Drive Growth Engagement Model in the respective business unit, sustain and increase company revenue.
  • Take a lead role and assume accountability in managing client satisfaction and project quality, with a focus on the role of our client and the goals they need to meet to be successful. This also includes responsibility for the overall polish/editing of all project deliverables.
  • Helping clients in accessing and enhancing their Value propositions
  • Client-facing partnership strategist and marketing specialist for managing complex relationships, growing business with cross-functional stakeholders, and executing high-level action plans for global accounts.
