Position Summary

Consummate thinker with minimum 8 years of strategy consulting experience and an extensive body of work in the areas of strategy consulting , research program development, service innovation. Experienced in leading multiple project teams. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with client to build new & repeat business for the company. Should be able to think critically when making proposals business plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy, projects and after client services. 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Leading the entire Consulting Research team.

A key role to build and establish organization brand

Managing the team of Consultants to manage Consulting projects

Successfully initiating, executing and delivering consulting research projects involving market evaluation, competitive analysis & benchmarking, technology assessment, concept testing, customer assessment and industry/sector analysis etc.

Design industry metrics to be used real time by the market leaders, cutting across the entire eco-system for all the high growth market, newer applications, cutting edge technology developments impacting main stream businesses

Improvise the quality of consulting projects, by adding more insight, accuracy, best practices, domain knowledge and use of advanced metrics.(* client proposals, research brief,  client engagement, thorough understanding of the client questions,  research instruments like Questionnaire,  Analyzing and interpreting data , Identify market trend and patterns, reports, present and make recommendations, end to end project deliverables )

Come out strongly as Industry thought leader and promote yourself through global conferences and proactively commenting on market dynamics by networking with key industry participants globally.

Taking ownership of all the business consulting research assignments entrusted and work closely with the team to produce impeccable quality outputs

Mentor team, build efficiency and efficacy in the process, monitor and review progress on day to day basis.

Responsible for the P&L of the Respective Business Unit.

Demonstrated ability to synthesize and distil the results of complex market research and analytics, resolve complex analytical problems.

Focus on Customer Growths, Drive Growth Engagement Model in the respective business unit, sustain and increase company revenue.

Taking initiatives in proactive manner to set the process and achieve productivity

Required Skills:
Primary Research, Secondary Research, Presentation Skills, Analysis & Report writing, Pre - Sales Activity, Vendor Management

Preferred Skills:
Market-entry strategy, Opportunity assessment, Go-to-market strategy, Feasibility Study, Account Intelligence, Executive Profiling etc.
