Job Responsibilities:

Position Summary

This position is for a new 'Team Lead' in the Primary Research team. He/She will be leading a team of 4 -6 Primary research analyst .

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Strong Primary research experience - ability to detect trends & solve problems for business questions that help formulate compelling insights & recommendations

Ability to work effectively independently and/or collaboratively in a team .Ability to develop a team from scratch

Ability to manage work through 3rd party vendors

Strong interpersonal skill, Planning and monitoring of day-to-day activities

Team management and communication

Client requirements gathering, management and communication along with Proposal building

Commercial & curious mind-set -Handling P&L of sub-domains

Ability to negotiate sales & timelines during client calls

Training and development of newly onboard resources

Conducting training sessions for new as well as existing resources

Maintaining required tracker and ensure to reach set production/project targets

Preferred Skills: • Excellent communication and interaction skills, including demonstrated oral, written and presentation abilities in a business-focused setting using a variety of communication channels (Telephone, E-mail, In-person, Etc.) • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively, while ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail • Commercial & curious mind-set with the ability to problem solve for business questions • A sound understanding of business research techniques and sound analytical skills • Resilience to work at pace, remain focused, effective and goal oriented • Ability to work effectively independently and/or collaboratively in a team Technical Skills: • Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and MS PowerPoint
