Driven by the core belief of ‘Cooperative Competitiveness,’ Mr. Pawan Kumar held the responsibilities of the CEO of Allied Market Research since its foundation in 2013. He has been involved in corporate strategy formulation, innovation, development, planning, and expansion activities for AMR.
Since the foundation of AMR, Mr. Pawan Kumar has been dedicated to growing the research division, business expansion, and development of innovative products and services. Leading a team of more than 600 analysts, consultants, experts, and SMEs along with teams including Marketing, Sales, Graphics, Quality, and others, he has been involved in serving the client base of more than 7,000 companies that also include more than 65% of Fortune 500 companies.
Besides holding the responsibilities as CEO, he has been publishing articles on various aspects of the market research industry. His articles have been published in various magazines and websites. Under his leadership, AMR has received recognition by Silicon India magazine as one of the 10 Best Market Research Consultants –2019.
Prior to taking up the responsibilities of CEO of AMR, Mr. Pawan Kumar worked with several organizations in the market research industry. He held several positions including Assistant Research Manager, Head of the Domain, Research Analysts, and Business Development Executive that contributed to build strong knowledge and foundation to begin his entrepreneurial journey. Mr. Pawan Kumar holds Bachelor's degree in Arts from the Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University and Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Pune.
Mr. Vinod Gadekar held the responsibilities as a Chief Operating Officer at AMR since October, 2019. He has been closely associated with employing seamless processes and operations to achieve maximum productivity, development of innovative products and services, new strategy formulation, and implementing better business development practices.
Mr. Gadekar played a crucial role in development of AMR’s groundbreaking product Avenue, the online subscription-based database of reports. His responsibilities include managing domestic and international sales operations, supervising website development activities & deployment of necessary software and services, and overseeing branding activities & media communications. He has been instrumental in his role as a strategist, which involves devising essential business development strategies, processes among departments, and expansion strategies.
Possessing business acumen and adopting innovative approach, his role has been pivotal in gaining recognition for AMR as one of the 10 Best Market Research Consultants in 2019 from Silicon India magazine.
Prior to holding the responsibilities of COO at AMR, Mr. Gadekar worked as a Director of Sales, Strategy, and Innovation. He has experience in various domains including real estate and retail sectors. He worked in the real estate sector as a Head of the firm, Budgeted Flats. Moreover, he is striding forward with entrepreneurial spirit with the fast-food chain business in Pune.
Mr. Vinod Gadekar holds Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the University of Pune.
