Job Responsibilities:

Position Summary

The candidate will be responsible for managing his own task along with mentoring of resources like Associates/Senior Associates/Research Analyst/Sr. Research Analyst. The candidate should have strong interpersonal, and hands-on experience in market research project. He must have worked on consumer goods, consumer packaged goods related projects previously and should have sound domain knowledge. The candidate should be able to understand and implement report structure, market estimations, proposals, sample reports, table of content, competition etc. The must have expertise in pre-sales support activities and should have experience in client handling and QC. The candidate will also responsible for delivering syndicate studies and high value client projects.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Client project delivery independent effort, within the quarter assigned by Manager
  • Articulate the thought of Market estimation, Market outlook study, Maturity model, Matrix evaluation study
  • Support to digital marketing team and uploading
  • Independent Proposal Drafting
  • Client Negotiations
  • Quality Check and Process Implementation
  • Cross Team Interaction and Management
  • Managing team’s monthly publication and production
  • Active involvement in client call / BD discussion with sales team. Follow-up with account based pipeline query
  • Handling independent Pre-sales and Post sale queries/ proposals with 100% TAT management
  • Resource training and development, training sessions
  • Review / QC ME, Chapters of Syndicate projects of R.Assc./ Sr. R.Assc./Research Analyst/Sr. Analyst assigned by Manger
  • Should be able to understand, interpret client queries (pre-sales & post sales)
  • Responsible to deliver quality report based on client’s requirement
  • Pre-sale activity will include TOC preparation, sample generations, custom scope preparation in PPT, Word, Excel format
  • Sound knowledge of various statistics tools and forecasting models. Knowledge of advanced excel, power pivot, VBA macro, would be a plus point
  • Formulating hypotheses and research methodology based on client’s requirement
  • Translating Industry specific knowledge/data into proper research models
