Beryllium oxide, also known as beryllia, is an inorganic compound with chemical formula “BeO”. It can be prepared by three process, which include calcination of beryllium carbonate, thermal decomposition,dehydration of beryllium hydroxide, or igniting metallic form of beryllium.
