Beryllium oxide is an inorganic compound which is also called as beryllia with chemical formula “BeO”. Beryllium oxide can be prepared by three process which includes calcination of beryllium carbonate, thermal decomposition or dehydration of beryllium hydroxide, or igniting the metallic form of beryllium.
