The ease of application, good mechanical properties, and rapid curing make them the standard components for parquet coatings. Such systems are eco-friendly and allow formulations with low levels of VOC and show good results in indoor applications.

2K or “two-component” is used to describe a coating that needs to be mixed with a hardener, activator, or catalyst. Once it hardens, it develops high resistance to chemicals, weather, or UV rays. The solvents used in 2K polyurethane systems limit the coating thickness and prevent foaming. Water-based 2K polyurethane system provides rapid curing and the final hardness, which makes it a preferred choice, especially as topcoat in residential, commercial, and industrial applications.

Floor coatings possess excellent mechanical properties and provide hard wearing, abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, high-temperature resistance, low porosity, and high permanence. In addition, floor coatings help to tide over the limitations of concrete without affecting its intrinsic strength.
