Liquid surface tension meter is a measuring instrument used to measure the surface tension of liquids and/or the interfacial tension between two immiscible liquids. Surface tension is defined as the attraction of like molecules on a liquid’s surface. Surface tension is also sometimes called capillary force or interfacial tension.
