Photosensitive Coating Market Overview:

Photosensitive coating is also known as photoresist coating composition. It is a light-sensitive material used in several processes, such as photoengraving and photolithography to form a patterned coating. The photosensitive coating composition is used to form a conductive film, which comprises conductive nanomaterial and a photosensitive material. Photoresist coating is classified in two types, namely, positive photoresist and negative photoresist. A positive photoresist is a type of photoresist in which the portion of photoresist that is exposed to light becomes soluble to the photoresist developer. In addition, negative photoresist is a type of photoresist in which the portion of the photoresist that is exposed to light becomes insoluble to the photoresist developer.

The growth of the market is mainly driven by increase in demand for photosensitive coating for printing applications. Photosensitive coating market is widely used in manufacturing of printed circuit boards used in electronic systems.
