Photosensitive coating is also known as photoresist coating composition. It is a light-sensitive material used in several processes, such as photoengraving and photolithography to form a patterned coating. The photosensitive coating composition is used to form a conductive film, which comprises conductive nanomaterial and a photosensitive material. Photoresist coating is classified in two types, namely, positive photoresist and negative photoresist. A positive photoresist is a type of photoresist in which the portion of photoresist that is exposed to light becomes soluble to the photoresist developer. In addition, negative photoresist is a type of photoresist in which the portion of the photoresist that is exposed to light becomes insoluble to the photoresist developer.
